1.How many channels does EBA TV broadcast?

It broadcasts from 6 channels in total as HD and SD.

2.Which channels are there? 

Three channels are used in distant education as EBA TV Elementary TV, EBA TV Secondary School and EBA TV High School.

3.Where can I find EBA TV television channels broadcast streams?

Daily and weekly broadcast streams are available on the eba.gov.tr homepage and on the TRT website. It can also be viewed on the television screen after the broadcast ends every evening and until the broadcast starts every morning. 

4. Will the students be in front of TV all day long? 

Students will learn the lectures of their classes, the day and time of that week of the lectures and follow the broadcast in the time interval determined for them by following the broadcast stream from EBA TV and eba.gov.tr. They won't have to in front of the screen except those hours.

5. Will there be replays of EBA TV broadcasts?

Broadcasts will be repeated on the same channel 1 or 2 times a day. Recurrent broadcast streams can also be learned from eba.gov.tr and TRT websites. 

In addition, records of the content published can be accessed on eba.gov.tr.

6. Which teachers are teaching the lessons?

Successful teachers in their field chosen by the Ministry of National Education teach the topics with lecture videos.

8. How will the satellite settings of education channels be adjusted ?

SD (Standard definition) EBA TV Primary School SD, EBA TV Secondary School SD, EBA TV High School SD channels are broadcasted over TURKSAT satellite with parameters of 1916 MHz, Vertical, Symbol Rate: 30.000 FEC: 3/4. EBA TV Elementary School can be watched on channel 89, EBA TV Secondary School on channel 90, EBA TV High School SD on channel 91 in satellite receivers with TKGS (TURKSAT Channel Update System) system or in TVs with satellite receiver.

HD (high definition) EBA TV Primary School HD, EBA TV Secondary School HD, EBA TV High School HD channels are broadcasted over TURKSAT satellite with parameters of 12084 MHz, Horizontal, Symbol Rate: 13750 FEC: 2/3 EBA TV Elementary EBA TV High School SD on channel 88 in satellite receivers with TKGS (TURKSAT Channel Update System) system or in TVs with satellite receiver.

9. How will SD (standard definition) channel be found in devices without TKGS (TURKSAT Channel Update System) system?

Those, who previously scanned at the frequency of 1916 MHz and then did not delete the channels in their list, will see EBA TV Elementary School SD when they select the channel that says Kadırga TV, EBA TV Secondary School SDwhen they select the channel that says Köy TV and EBA TV High School SDwhen they select the channel that says Meltem TV on their TV with satellite receiver or on a satellite receiver previously broadcasting on the frequency of 11916 Mhz. 11. I have an SD satellite receiver. Will I be able to watch the channels? 

Yes, all 3 channels will also provide SD broadcast.

12. I have two children studying in different classes, but I only have one television. What do I do when there are overlapping broadcasts?

Broadcasts will repeat 1 or 2 times on the relevant channel. Recurrent broadcast stream can also be learned on the same channel. You can plan which of your children can watch TV at which times In line with these streams.

Students with a lack of subject can complete their work by accessing their own class and missing topics via eba.gov.tr. 

Students will be able to follow the lectures with the help of activities (activity, question, other content, etc.) which will be sent by the teacher via EBA.

14. What can I do if my child who watches TV broadcasts needs to ask their teacher questions?

Students can write and share information with their course teachers through eba.gov.tr.

16. How can I follow the educational broadcasts on Digiturk Eutelsat satellite platform, which provides subscription and platform services over Eutelsat satellite?

Digiturk Eutelsat satellite platform, which provides subscription and platform services over the Eutelsat satellite, will receive the broadcasts over the Türksat satellite and allocate capacity to these broadcasts in Eutelsat within its platform and transmit the broadcasts to subscribers via Eutelsat satellite.

17. Will EBA TV channels be watched from other broadcast platforms?

19. I have this frequency on my satellite receiver but I cannot watch the broadcasts. What should I do?
